TERMS & CONDITIONS
100% Travel – Broomfield, Colorado
Effective Date: February, 15th 2026
- Agency Role
100% Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers.
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the Supplier’s terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
100% Travel is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, changes in itinerary, loss, injury, or damage caused by any Supplier.
- Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.
- Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Supplier.
- Final payment deadlines are set by the Supplier.
- Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
100% Travel is primarily compensated through commissions paid by Suppliers. In certain cases, planning or service fees may apply. Any such fees will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable once services have begun.
Airfare pricing may change until ticketed.
- Changes & Cancellations
All cancellations and changes are subject to Supplier policies and penalties.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to the Supplier’s rules and may take several weeks to process. Some bookings may be fully non-refundable.
100% Travel is not responsible for Supplier-imposed cancellation penalties or fees.
- Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have:
- A valid passport (typically valid 6 months beyond return date)
- Required visas
- Vaccinations or health documentation
- REAL ID compliance for domestic air travel
Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against:
- Trip cancellation/interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost baggage
- Supplier default
If you decline travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any losses related to cancellation, medical issues, or travel disruption.
- Health & Safety
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, weather disruptions, and political instability.
By booking travel services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to review current travel advisories and health requirements.
- Force Majeure
100% Travel is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather events
- Acts of government
- War or terrorism
- Strikes
- Pandemics
- Chargebacks & Disputes
By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered. Any disputes must first be addressed directly with 100% Travel.
- Limitation of Liability
100% Travel acts solely as an agent for independent third-party Suppliers and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from:
- Acts or omissions of any Supplier
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Government actions or travel restrictions
- Weather events
- Acts of God
- Labor disputes
- Bankruptcy or financial default of any Supplier
- Illness, injury, or death
In no event shall 100% Travel be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
If liability is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not exceed the total amount of commission earned by 100% Travel for the specific booking in question.
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
- Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with 100% Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

To arrange travel services, we may collect:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Passport information
- Contact information (email, phone, address)
- Payment information
- Emergency contact details
This information is required to process reservations with travel Suppliers.
- How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information solely for:
- Booking travel services
- Processing payments
- Communicating trip details
- Providing customer support
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
- Sharing of Information
We share necessary information only with:
- Airlines
- Cruise lines
- Hotels
- Tour operators
- Insurance providers
We only share information required to complete your booking.
- Data Security
100% Travel takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. By using our services, you acknowledge this risk.
- Retention of Data
Personal information may be retained for accounting, legal, and recordkeeping purposes as required by law.
- Your Rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at 100-travel@ach-online.com
